Ash’s Holiday Units is waiting to look after you when you visit, explore and enjoy Karumba and the Gulf of Carpentaria.

With spacious open plan self-contained units, comfy self-contained cabins and a two-bedroom cottage - there are plenty of options to choose from -suiting families, couples, singles, groups and the business traveller. All rooms have free GUEST WIFI, A/C and of course our pool to keep you cool.

Ash's is located in easy walking distance to all there is to offer at Karumba Point - step across the road into the Sunset Tavern to enjoy sunset sips and amazing views of the Gulf - or stroll along the beach enjoying the Gulf coastline.

Walking distance to the Point boat ramp or the Karumba Airport -Ash's offers courtesy pick up and drop off within Karumba environs. With our 21-seat coaster bus - we are happy to discuss local tours, transfers and more.

Our friendly team at Ash's is always keen to help you enjoy your Outback by the Sea getaway - and can provide information on local tours, charters and river cruises.

Ash’s @ the Point Café

Ash’s @the Point Cafe has been looking after locals and visitors for over 30yrs

Ash's has one of the largest range of unique design souvenirs, shirts, caps/hats and thongs in town.

We are a traditional ' fish n chip' cafe only using local Gulf Wild Caught Saltwater Barramundi - King Threadfin and other local species, Prawns and Mudcrab* (seasonally available). Special dietary needs can be catered for.

From breakfasts to burgers - takeaway and dine in - salads and more.

CATERING
Catering for groups up to 50+ at a time - prior bookings essential – breakfast, lunches, evening meals – from 1 course to 3 – just ask us about the options -prior notice for all special dietary needs.
